Why you should vote for Trump

Let's see what an actual economist says about the Biden economy,

Economists can waffle all they want about Bidenomics but when your grocery bill is 60% more than it was a few years ago and gas is nearly $5 a gallon, well somebody has to take the fall for it.
And, damn that sneaky Joe!! He did the same damn thing to the European Union two years ago!!
Actually gas is about 3.40 per gallon, where I live but only an idiot believes a president can control the price of oil, a global commodity that is all about supply and demand.

My grocery bill isn't up 60%, although a few specialty items are. The price of veggies, frozen or fresh are the same that they were years ago, and most of the meat we buy is cheaper than it was, when Biden took office, but I don't live in Santa Monica. I live in an affordable town in central Georgia.

Male bovine excrement. Gala apples used to be about $.49 per pound, they have been over $1.99 per pound for over a year now. Meat prices are horrendously expensive. Everything is way more expensive. Gas is well over $5 a gallon in SoCal.
Luckily, I don't live in Southern California. :p The price of apples has gone up a bit in some stores. Gee. Could it possibly have anything to do with the fact that apple season is over? The price of fruit and vegetables varies by season and is also impacted by the weather, as well as a shortage of seasonal workers. But, who the fuck wants to do those jobs, other than immigrants, and despite the low pay, the pay has increased quite a bit over the past year for seasonal farm workers. Could that have anything to do with the price of some farm products increasing in price?

Plus, even if inflation was flat, that doesn't mean we will go back to what prices were prior to the pandemic. Surely, you've taken at least course in economics haven't you? Wheat prices were impacted by the war in Ukraine, the one that the Orange master has blamed on Biden. Sadly, too many people believe the insane lies coming from the right, despite the lack of evidence for these things. I spoke to a woman last week who thinks that Newsmax is an actual source of real news. Sad.

Surely, you've taken at least course in economics haven't you?
No. But unlike the rabble of Santa Monica, I did invest a few hours of my time paying attention to those thought to understand the macro-economic forces at work. And things like how reducing inflation to zero is neither desirable nor does it return commodity prices to previous levels.
The Trumpsucking ignorants of the Right have nothing to gain by learning basic economics, unless they are partial to discovering that they’ve been fools.

When's the last time we've seen any significant inflation, 1990?
Quit your bellyaching. So your food isn't subsidized by the exploitation of labor as much as it used to be. The rest of the price increase is greedy owners tacking on something for themselves and most everyone in the country being gainfully employed. Price of gas: OPEC. Biden? What did Biden do other than be sitting behind the Resolute Desk as the economy started to boom.

More male bovine excrement. You will say anything to deflect any criticism of your boy Brandon.

As long as ShitzInPants’ changing table isn’t in Santa Monica, why should Swiz worry about it?
I thought he said he didn’t even vote for the mobster?

I believe swizzle on that to the extent in the same way I believe Trump when he says Americans voted for him "bigly".

Which is to say, I don't, since he's in the thread obfuscating and spinning and producing distracting noise. People don't play "noise machine" on topics they support, generally.

Oh, I’m pretty sure from his puerile reactions, that Trump is exactly Swiz’s cult of tea. But I doubt he ever showed up to vote.
Why bother? Santa Monica is an island of privilege in the California Ocean of slavery to lib'rulism.

You'll literally say anything to defend Trump. More projection from right wingers as usual.

Link to where have I defended Trump.

Criticisms of Brandon?

1) he has a congenital speech impediment

2) he’s old

Criticisms of Cheato?

1) he is stupid

2) he is a criminal

3) he inherited a record string of consecutive growth quarters from Obama, and crashed it into the ground with his stupid, criminal mishandling of the pandemic.

4) he inherited a half billion [2024] dollars from daddy and declared bankruptcy 6 times, demonstrating his utter incompetence with economics.

5) 30,000 verified lies while President

* adjudicated sexual predator
* currently facing 88 felony criminal indictments

6) looted 1.25 $Trillion from our Treasury and gave 85% of it to his donors in the form of tax breaks, which was his ONLY legislative achievement.

7) caused the repeal of RvW.

But on the bright side … Trump is:

*** The best the GQP can do!

Link to where have I defended Trump.

Okay.

A candidate that will get the USA to exit the “Paris climate agreement” will get my vote which means I’m going to have to vote for Trump again.

You voted for him before, for whatever reason caused you to defend him at the ballot box,
And you defend his candidacy by saying that he is against climate change efforts and this is defensible,
And hence you plan to defend his candidacy by voting for him again.

That was just the easiest to find. You do it a lot.

6) He's a genuine traitor, as evidenced by his two-month scheme to overturn the results of a free and fair election, and his TV viewing for 187 minutes as his fellow traitors rampaged through our Capitol building. What else does any American need to know about this alleged American?

The question wasn't about whether I voted for Trump or if I am going to vote for Trump. It was where have I defended him. There are many, many attacks on Trump on this forum so show me where I have defended him in these attacks. By saying I am defending him by giving him my vote is just a dumb word game.

"against climate change efforts" What a silly notion. Do you really think that the earth's climate should never change or something?

I already edited the damn list three times, and won’t go back to include stuff of which Swiz’s ilk actually approve!
Good point though, IMHO.

You vote for Trump, you're supporting Trump with your vote, you're defending him. Again, go fuck yourself.
Does he not realize that posting distracting whataboutisms in a thread about why Trump is a shitty candidate amount to support and defense against attacks? Distraction of a hostile interest is still a defense.

A candidate that will get the USA to exit the “Paris climate agreement” will get my vote which means I’m going to have to vote for Trump again.

Here's what is so abysmally STUPID about that;
The Paris Climate Agreement costs the US less than 1% of the amount that Trumps stole from our Treasury to give to his donors in the form of Tax breaks*.
It was apparently money well spent for Trump, since it financed the smear campaigns that have convinced trumpsucking fools all over the Country to focus on inconsequential bugaboos like the cost of the PCA, while he and his Junta are grifting and outright stealing hundreds of billions.
Why, the DJT scam alone, could finance the entire population of the United States' cost of participation in the PCA.
So yeah -
FUCK ANYONE STUPID ENOUGH TO FALL FOR THIS DISTRACTION

* Total U.S. climate finance increased from $1.5 billion in FY 2021 to $5.8 billion in FY 2022. Of this, $2.3 billion was for adaptation, $2.8 billion was for clean energy, and $655 million was for sustainable landscapes.

A fraction of the money in the vapor stock in Trump's fake media company could fund reconstruction of the bridge in Baltimore. But Trump will cash in as soon as the lock-out lapses. I read pundits saying/writing that Trump can't cash in without crashing the stock price. That might matter if the whole thing wasn't a giant grift. And tax payers and toll spenders will pay for the bridge and not the multinational company that destroyed it or any of the companies that require passage too and from the port.

BINGO!
If Rump can get one or two percent of what shares are selling for today, he'll still walk away with hundreds of millions of dollars of free money.
Suckers and donors are happy to bend over.

What I'm shocked at is how so few people have short positions on this... It seems like a money maker for sure.

short positions are bet that stocks will crash, leaving those who hold "holding the bag" for everyone that took short positions
