I bought a Blackstone grill a few months ago and it's pretty darned good. It is so versatile and opened up a who slew of new cooking ideas. Fajitas, Philly cheesesteak, hash browns, eggs, breakfast burritos, stir fry rice. Burgers and steaks are superb, really juicy. I got rid of my traditional propane grill and haven't looked back. Anyone else make the leap?
