That name always reminds me of Axl Rose of Guns n Roses. The first time I saw him it just screamed to me was gonna be a dick. He was like an amalgam all the troublemakers I ran into in bars.

Turns out he was exactly that.

I think it was the aftermath of a riot in the Latin quarter of some city in the 50’s (Paris?) but frankly don’t know.
