Basic Beliefs
Probably in a simulation
I think I agree with the presenter that this is the coolest toy ever....

Bostom Dynamics robot doing a backflip...

The AI controlling this robot hand was trained in a simulation with realistic physics so it can be trained a lot faster....

I think I'll wait until they make one that will obey useful commands like:
. Get me a beer.
. Mow the Lawn.
. Cook dinner.
. Wash the car.
. Clean the tub and toilet.
. etc.

Here is my favourite robot - which I only just learnt about - Unitree G1 and apparently it starts from $16,000. It's about 1.3m and 35 kg. It seems to be able to walk much faster than others. Its ability to fold up into a ball is very creative.

Here is OpenAI's Figure 01 which has impressive AI and a very human-like voice:

I ran across an ad and website that is selling 8 toys like this. Transform from an egg to a something else. (models: dragons, bear, faerie, x-mass tree, Santa, dog)(no trucks)
No claims about being animated. So this vid is probably AI generated, So the actual toys probably don't look or work like this.
vid from their website

A disclaimer on the website says they only sell the stuff. ... So that means they aren't taking any responsibility if the product doesn't live up to the ad.
Sorry, I saved the vid, but forgot to save the URL.
